Sooth headache and tired eyes with this organic calming eye pillow,
Ingredients:
- Organic lavender buds
- Organic flax seeds
- Lavender essential oil
Flax seeds give the pillow a nice weight. They stay cool or warm for a long time. If your prefer cold pillow on your eyes put it in the freezer (in zip lock to prevent it from refrigerator odors) for an hour before. If you like it warm you may heat it in microwave for 20-30 sec (please check if the pillow is not too hot after heating). Lay down, place the pillow over your eyes area, breathe slowly and relax. The lavender scent has a calming effect which may aid in relaxation and the reduction of stress.
The aroma of lavender flowers will last long. Squeeze the pillow when you think the scent is not strong enough.
